Visit Seville in April
Posted on 11 April 2013
The famous Seville fair is this year taking place from Monday evening the 15th of April until the 21st of April. This is the start of the Andalusian fairs which go from spring to autumn time.
Seville fair gives you an excellent occasion to visit the city when its not too warm and to enjoy the flamenco music and dancing. Time it right to get the best out of the fair – arrive at midday where you can see horse carriages, ladies dressed up in flamenco dresses and the swirling frills as they dance sevillanas. The party continues until the early next morning. Even though many of the casetas are private you will find several public ones which you can enter.
If you get tired of the fair, then don’t forget that Seville offers many monuments to visit, and here are just a taster! You can have a stroll in the Barrio Santa Cruz next to the Cathedral, visit the royal Alcázar of Seville or see the famous Plaza de España in the Maria Luisa Park.
Seville is only two and half hour away from Malaga and can easily be reached with your Helle Hollis car.
