Use our FREE SMS service

We really aim to be perfect and to pick you up from the airport without you having any waiting time at the courtesy bus stop – but we need your help.

We have, for several years, had a free SMS service for our courtesy bus, so when we receive your SMS that you have picked up your luggage,  we then start on our way to get you.

We can unfortunately see that only 27% of our customers use this service.  Ideally it should be 100% of you interested in getting from the airport and to the Helle Hollis Head Office as soon as possible.

The SMS service is so easy to use.  When you make your booking online, then click on the option to receive booking confirmation on your mobile phone.  You just have to respond to this SMS when you’ve collected your baggage – or you can send an SMS to the mobile number + 34 638 444 690.

So make use of the SMS service as our aim is to make everyone happy with our service – help us to help you – as it is also in your own interest.
