Guide to Granada

Granada itself offers attractions including the Alhambra fortress which is sited on top of a hill on the outskirts of the city. The Albaicin Moorish neighbourhood offers winding narrow streets full of shops and bars; or there are literally dozens of Baroque and Renaissance churches and basilicas to visit which can be found on every corner. Or you can stroll through the rose garden in the Garcia Lorca Park. The list is endless, but as all this is contained in a city which is small enough to walk from one end to the other it is a delight for visitors to wander around and make their own discoveries.
