New website feature – modify your booking!

Our IT team are still at work non stop to further develop our website and implement some of those changes from your “wish list”.
The latest new feature is to help out if you’ve changes to make after making your booking!
From your user area you can now request modifications to future bookings that you have already made – and it is just so easy, here are the steps.
* Log into your account.
* View your bookings.
* Click on option “modify“.
* Click on the fields and fill in the changes you wish to make.
* Click on send … so the request goes to our bookings department.
* The changes will then be made and you then receive a new booking confirmation if we are able to meet your request.
If we cannot meet the request, then you will receive an email explaining that the modification has not been possible.
This is much easier for you, as you do not have to send an email and explaining which booking it concerns or the changes you would like to do as the system picks up the data.
