New speed limit control – Respect the limits!

A new speed limit control has recently been set up on the A-7 passing La Cala de Mijas in direction Marbella and to Fuengirola.

As many of our clients are driving this way we thought we should warn you so you don´t get caught by the cameras.

The control is set at A-7 km 200+100 and 205+300 and it is impossible to “fool” the system with lowering the speed just before the camera or to change lane, as the two cameras register the number plate and will then calculate the average speed.  So if more than 80 km/h.  is driven you can expect a fine of between 100 or 600 euros will be sent to you.
