Smoke free Helle Hollis cars

In March we made a client survey to learn your opinion about  smoke free cars in the Helle Hollis fleet.

First of all we want to thank you for taking time to answer the survey.  We are very pleased with the massive response as this really helps us improve our service. More than 2000 clients felt it important giving us their opinion – the highest answer ratio we have ever had to a survey.

More than 95% of our clients prefer to drive in a smoke-free car !! 

We have therefore decided that we will strive to only have smoke free cars in the fleet and ask you for your kind cooperation.

We will not fine a client for smoking in the car but we do ask for your consideration to not smoke while driving.

When new cars arrive to the fleet we will place a sticker in the front window where we thank you for not smoking in the car. We will though also ask you not to smoke in any existing cars that have no stickers..  We hope to have smoke free cars 100% implemented  by high season 2014, but already this summer 50% of the fleet will be no smoking.

We believe that all our clients deserve to drive in a smoke free car and  the survey  clearly shows that you agree to this.
