Texted HellecHollis to say had arrived at Malaga airport. Received text to say courtesy bus was on its way. Helpful driver with cases and 2 minutes later at pickup. We’d booked fast track and all paperwork was ready with the keys. They had up graded our car to one that was exceptionall. Landing at the airport to leaving Helle Hollis was under 15 minutes. If we’d booked a hire car from the airport we would still be in line to sign agreement forms. It was the same returning the car .we handed the keys over we were refunded for the petrol we hadn’t used immediately, on the bus to the airport in less than 10 minutes. When we return to Malaga we’ll only use Helle Hollis they are so efficient and friendly with it. It’s a shame they don’t operate in the Canaries as that’s where our next 2 holidays are. We’ve used many car hire companies but Helle Hollis are miles ahead of them all.
