On saturday is was very crowdy, but due to the ticket system and 5 open servicedesks there was a “zen” athmosphere at the reception. The staff was friendly - as usual- and in a few minutes we could start our rental car. After an unpleasant flight this was finally “no stress” before starting our holiday. By the way: The Golf Polo was 10/10 points.

All in all the rental process with Helle Hollis was really good. The staff were really nice, there were no hidden charges and the car was very nice. At first the car might seem to be more pricey than the cheapest, but there were no hidden charges, the fuel policy is great and the added insurance isn´t too expensive. I would recommend Helle Hollis and will use them again next time!

As usual, excellent service with a fast collection process. In Munich a week ago it took over half an hour to collect a car from Hertz - I’ve bought cars quicker than that!
