The thought of lots of paperwork, lost time, hidden costs, language barrier, rip-off merchants....you name it I worried about it. With Helle Hollis there was no need to worry. The whole process from online booking, collection and return was a breeze. One single payment covered rental, insurance and parking. No extra payments, no hassle. Rushton (19/08/2018) 4.625 Have rented cars with Helle Hollis several times over the last five years and have always been totally pleased with the service, the cars, staff, courtesy bus and fuel policy are just what you would want, with no problems whatsoever, you can get car hire a little cheaper, but with so many horror stories on the web about cheap car hire on the Costa del sol, why would you risk ruining your holiday just to save a few Euro's, I will continue to use Helle Hollis, and certainly always recommend them to anyone who asks. If you're looking to hire a car from Malaga, don't wast time looking elsewhere, just go to Helle Hollis, peace of mind is something you cannot put a price on, and with Helle Hollis you get just that. One last thing, whilst we were on holiday two weeks ago, we had a blow out puncture on a country road 10 Km from the nearest town, rendering us stranded, when I called Helle Hollis they arranged recovery to the nearest town, (Nerja) in under 1 hour, where the tyre was replaced and we were on our way, just like to say thank you to the staff for the prompt way you attended to our predicament. Wallace (19/08/2018) 5 Decided to hire a car with Helle Hollis after trawling through hundreds of reviews for car hire in Malaga. I found that Helle Hollis was mentioned favourably many times. I initially contacted them via email with a couple of questions and their replies were very prompt. I booked through their website and went for the super excess waiver. This meant that all I paid for on a credit card was the hire cost and a full tank of fuel, (no large deposit was blocked). Easy transfer from airport to rental site. On arrival back, the car was checked for full tank of fuel, refund of initial cost given and straight onto transfer coach. Very efficient staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. May be slightly more expensive than others but no deposit and total peace of mind far outweighed that. Keep up the excellent service.

The car was in great condition. Returning the car was just as easy, and being able to print our boarding passes from the depot was brilliant.
