We hire cars from Malaga airport often, and usually choose a company that is based in the airport for convenience, but recently the long queues and time it takes have put us off. The shuttle to Helle Hollis's offices was waiting for us, and the ride takes a few minutes. We were then dealt with very quickly and efficiently - friendly staff with no pressure to buy extortionate extra insurance - and were away in a clean and new car in no time. It was the same on returning the car, and as we hadn't used much fuel we were immediately reimbursed for every quarter tank unused ! No worrying about filling it up close to the airport in order to return with a full tank ! Great service and a great price - we will definitely be using Helle Hollis again.
Berry (21/08/2018) 4.875 Helle Hollis offer an honest, speedy and very reasonable car rental experience. We paid extra for the Fast Lane service and we have never picked up a car so speedily before! We appreciated the chilled water we were given too. The office is not far from the airport and is easy to find when returning the car. No rip offs with full to empty fuel or being forced to buy extra insurance with Helle Hollis. You know what you are paying for. Our insurance excess €400 payment and the €105 for fuel were immediately refunded on returning the car full of fuel and undamaged. We highly recommend Helle Hollis and will use them again if renting on the Costa del Sol.
