My current rental is a classic example, we booked a car to pick up at 01:30 in the early hours of the morning. The plane was delayed and actually it was 04:00 when we arrived, we got to the courtesy hire bus area and sure enough a helle hollis representative was waiting for us with a big smile on his face. We got to the depot and there was a car waiting for us and with the contract ready to sign, they even offered us a good deal on an upgrade. We were done and dusted in 10 minutes and on our way. If anyone is visiting the cost to sol, and are looking to Rent-A-Car, I alway’s recommend Helle Hollis. The they service offer, the second to none, it’s excellent. 👍 So in answer to your question, change nothing. Carrying on delivering the best car hire experience on the Costa del sol.

Following the instructions for collecting the car was easy and shuttle bus to office and collecting car was quick and easy. Dropping back the car too was great. Will be booking with Hellehollis again when we are back in Malaga
