On arrival the staff were very polite, the office was pleasant and appeared organised. The car performed impeccably - thank you for making my hire experience an excellent one.

Car (Kia Rio) was almost new(5000km on odometer), and easy to drive narow streets and parking houses . Engine is a bit too week for hilly areas, what makes it greedy in fuel consuption. Traveling around Andalucia, didnt notice other Helle Hollis cars, but many from Centauro and Goldcar. Why?! Car pick-up was ok, although on my question to take a look on other car insted of a booked one(Kia Rio), the guy behind desk gave me a keys from one car, and sent in a garage with 50+ cars. That was a bit confusing. ?? We were only customers at the desk by that moment. The drop-off process was exellent. Fast and easy. We returned car with full tank, so got receipt that reserved amount on credit card will be relesed(it took few days). The blondhair lady driver on courtesy buss is an exemple of exellent costumer care. Keep on that way! Thank You for our nice time in Andalucia Best regards
