Always most helpful staff. I've said it before but it is worth repeating: "no problem " is the attitude shown and so much appreciated. We much appreciate also the ability to alter reservations without penalties. A brilliant USP for your company. Thank you. We recommend all our friends but most seem duped by the apparently cheaper offerings of other companies. They do not really realise that you will get them out of a "hole" more quickly if they find themselves in trouble.

We hired from Helle Hollis on a friend's recommendation and they were excellent. Friendly helpful staff, no hidden charges, speedy collection and return and a very nice car.

Fast and curtious staff who made the process of the pick up and return an excellent experience for both occasions we have used Helle Hollis. We have already booked for our next trip in June.

Excellent service and friendly staff, even when I forgot my driving licence - oops! they logged me on to their computer to visit Gov.uk website so they could access all my details! also added an additional driver for free! When we dropped our little Adam Convertible off, it was the muddiest car returned and we were a little embarrassed, but no at issue for them and they have a full working car wash on site! We have hired a lot of cars over the passed 6 years (10 occasions, in 7 different countries) and this was the best by far!!
