The staff were polite and professional and very helpful.

Mellows (30/06/2018) 4.5 This was our first time hiring from Helle Hollis and we were very impressed by the first class service we received. After a short wait at the airport for the courtesy bus, we were taken the short distance to the Head Office. It was then just a matter of a few minutes before we had our car, which turned out to be a significant upgrade from that booked. Being located just outside the airport made it so much easier getting on the road, rather than driving round multi-storey car parks looking for the correct exit, which also made returning the car a similarly easy process. Staff were so friendly and helpful, with nobody trying to sell us upgrades or extra insurance, a very welcome change from the companies based in the airport that we have used before. We will definitely use HH again and would have no hesitation recommending them to others.
