Scott (10/07/2018) 4.375 I always use Helle Hollis when I come to the Costa del Sol as I feel that they offer the best priced comprehensive insurance package which gives me peace of mind. I have always found some kind of discount vouchers online which usually are for around 15% off the price, plus I have now joined the Home Owners Club which gives an automatic 15% off for people who own homes in Spain. The cars are always new and in good condition, and twice I have had a free upgrade which was much appreciated. I like their fuel policy and this has always been straightforward. I usually collect from Fuengirola office and return to Malaga which works well for me. Really there are no negatives and I will continue to rent from Helle Hollis.
Cox (10/07/2018) 4 Sorry, a little late on this feedback for early May. On arrival, we were surprised and disappointed to be given a very low specification Skoda Citygo, which had no central locking and no driver's seat height adjustment. As a group B car, this was the most basic we'd ever been given at Helle Hollis. Having used your service for many years and having the use of the homeowners code, we'd often had upgrades from our chosen group B cars, to group C or the group B cars had been of a very good specification. On one occasion we had a VW Up BlueMotion and on another, a top of the range Aygo, both group B cars, so were more than a little surprised with the very basic Citygo. The staff did manage to find a replacement Hyundai i10 with central locking and seat adjustment, which was good, but this of course delayed our onward journey. We have always been very happy with our Helle Hollis rentals and so this event did spoil our experience.

Williams (09/07/2018) 4.75 I cannot fault this company and would rather jump on their very quick and easy bus than queue for hours in the hot airport pick up area. They offer a fair pricing policy, never try to sell you extra insurance and force deposits on you. After many annoying experiences with other companies I am glad I found Helle Hollis.
