Andrews (16/07/2018) 4 We were extremely happy with the service we received from Helle Hollis, and would absolutely use them again, having used other Costa del Sol rental companies, Helle Hollis were by far the best, the service was excellent, quick and stress fee. The only comment we would make is regarding the courtesy bus service, it was not crystal clear where we were to queue for the bus after we left the terminal, and there was no signage. There could also be a better procedure/queue system so that the driver can properly check people in, as people were just getting on the bus without checking in with the driver and there were not many spaces on the bus. However the main rental service was flawless, it took less than 5 minutes to collect our car, having done all the paperwork beforehand online, and it was refreshing to not be badgered and scared into buying unneccessary extra insurance and such-like, as we had already arranged our own. We had a flat tyre during our stay and when we took the car to the depot to check over, the service was excellent, the staff could not be more helpful, it was quick and easy to also drop the car off again at the end of our stay. We will not hesitate to use Helle Hollis from now on, and will highly recommend to family and friends. Thank-You Helle Hollis, for your refreshing, no-nonsense approach to car hire!

Dutton (14/07/2018) 5 Absolutely excellent from start to finish. It has to be the BEST car Hire company in Malaga! We were using car to travel to Montecorto and Ronda and various other places in Andalucia, travelling up to the mountains and white villages. The car had built in Satnav and air conditioning. Using an automatic car with reverse assist and parking assist is a joy to use when you are not familiar with driving on European roads - I am from the UK! The car was superb! The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The fair fuel policy is great. And I even shortened the hire period slightly with no extra charges or quibbles - no problems. Free pick up and return to the Airport at very regular intervals - I only waited five minutes. Helli Hollis have to be the best Hire Car company in Malaga. Thanks Helli Hollis. Will see you again

Vehicle as advertised and fuel deposit return completed immediately. Would definitely recommend and will use Helle Hollis again on return trip to Spain.
