The website is very user friendly and easy to navigate with full transparency on costs at each stage. Upon arrival, whilst plenty of cars were obviously available (likely including the original class of vehicle I reserved), I was provided an upgrade to the car booked which also included Sat Nav which is normally a chargeable extra too! The car had only 1,053 kilometers on the clock, so was as good as new. A very capable and comfortable car that was more economical that I anticipated - a Toyata Auris Hydrid. We have used Hello Hollis a number of times over the last two years and always been impressed with the service and vehicles provided. A definite recommend to friends who have also booked with Helle Hollis!
