McDonald (16/08/2018) 5 After 10 years of renting cars at Malaga airport, up to 5 times per year, we decided to switch to Helle Hollis. We now not only know that we have the discount offered through the Home Owners scheme to benefit from but, now having completed our first rental, the knowledge that our interests will be met by a professional organisation that cares about it's customers and values their loyalty. We could not have been more pleased and were left feeling reassured about car rental in Spain.

Quick pick up from airport, and at rental counter all paperwork and car was ready for our collection, no waiting at all. When we returned the car we were instantly handed a form stating the amount of euros that were credited back to our credit card on file for the petrol left in the car. This amount appeared on our card the next day. Overall the service was amazing

Nail (14/08/2018) 4.875 After researching Malaga car hires before our holiday, I had concluded Hollis Hollis seemed the most reliable. I was not wrong! Everything went smoothly from the beginning even though our flight was late. The staff were friendly and efficient. They even upgraded our car! There were no hidden costs or tricks. The only issue we had was when we were returning the car, it was difficult to find the place (although there was a map with directions on the car papers) and we got lost looking for it for fifteen minutes.However, next time, we should be okay! All in all, I would recommend this agency to everyone

Courtesy bus operated smoothly with good text messaging service . The office is conveniently situated close to the airport . Simple system of collecting the car with a full tank of fuel and refilling it on return to receive the fuel refund works well . We would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them .
