There is a relaxed attitude to minor scuffs and where identified pre rental really easy to add to the car profile etc. The courtesy bus is efficient and timely and both pick up and drop off always smooth and quick even in busy periods the staff are great. Refund of damage deposit etc has always been quick. Really impressive outfit which am happy to recommend without qualification, thank you.
