The service was uncomplicated and we were on our way within a few mins after meeting desk staff. For a quicker desk service, complete your details online before travelling, or they have a computer at the back of the customer service desk to complete details on arrival while you are waiting to be served. Fuel policy is user friendly and we returned our car and were back at the airport terminal promptly.
