We had a great experience with Helle Hollis car rental from start to finish. Straight forward booking process on-line, and then everything ran really smoothly the moment we arrived at Malaga airport. The courtesy bus was waiting for us exactly as promised (polite driver, very clean bus), an easy 5 minute drive to the main office, and the staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The car was spotlessly clean and waiting for us, and we were on the road in less than 10 minutes. Drop off and return was just as smooth. We come to Malaga quite a bit, and we''ll use Helle Hollis every time now. Excellent service, and highly recommended.

Everything was excellent and seamless. I was given a brand new car. Check in and check out was fast and courteous. Courtesy bus was on time. Everything was perfect.

The whole process from booking the car to the collection and return was easy. I needed to make a change to my booking but was sorted out very easily. Do not change the member of staff in the Fuengirola office as he is a great asset to your business and is always a pleasure to to talk to.
