Quick contact and excellent service. We didn’t have to wait for the shuttle bus because it runs very frequently, which was great. It took us about 25 minutes to get from the airport to the rental office and pick up the car.

I had been very busy before this trip and had. multiple bookings to make for flights, trains, hotels and car hire for more than one trip. When I arrive at Malaga airport I normally just walk to the pick up point as often there is already a bus there. This was the case that day. The driver looked for my booking but said there was none. He offered to take me to the office and that they would try to accommodate me. At the office the staff were very understanding and luckily were able to provide me with the only car still available and quickly processed my booking for which I was really grateful. The rest of the hire went as smoothly as always and on returning the car the process was faultless. Thank you Helle Hollis for saving the day and I look forward to seeing you again soon.

I have been using Hellehollis for the past few years, having used quite a few other vendors in the airport. It is easy to use the booking system, everything is clear with most importantly no hidden costs. You have never let me down, with car quality, serice and customer experience, your staff are friendly, helpful, no matter what time of the day or night. Always met with a smile and friendly face. Pick up and drop off is quick and efficient ans great you collect most of the information at booking. Unless anything drastically changed I have no reason to stop using you and always recommend to friends and friends of friends.
