The courtesy bus was easy to find, arrived on time and was only a few mins from the airport so it didnt matter that it was offsite. The service was uncomplicated and we were on our way within a few mins after meeting desk staff. For a quicker desk service, complete your details online before travelling, or they have a computer at the back of the customer service desk to complete details on arrival while you are waiting to be served. Fuel policy is user friendly and we returned our car and were back at the airport terminal promptly.

All good as usual, would highly recommend.

I visit Costa del Sol once or twice a year. For the past five years I have used nothing but Helle Hollis'' services. I appreciate the friendly and quick service, both checking in/out. The second driver included in the price and unlimited milage have been deal breakers for me. In addition the pick up and drop off at the airport is swift. I can highly recommend Helle Hollis as an excellent rental car company.

It was an easy process. Information prior to going to Spain, pick up from the airport, getting the car, returning the car, and getting back to the airport, all very good. From my experience I would not hesitate in recommending.
