Having rented from HH for many years I have never had a problem with a vehicle or staff, so as far as I am concerned no improvements are necessary. A nice company to do business with.

An excellent car hire experience, one of the best for me in many years of booking rentals in Spain, Greece and France. Booking was very straightforward and the hire charge was extremely good value. Courtesy bus was luxurious, prompt and very clean. The car was in generally good condition. The office is conveniently situated and the handover and return staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely rent from Helle Hollis again. See you soon!

I have rented cars all over the world and this is my best experience. The quality of the car was excellent for the price which is why I rented in the first place. The follow up emails near the time of rental were excellent and told me to text when I was ready and the courtesy bus was waiting for me. I had completed the forms on the internet so collecting the car was simple and quick. Returning the car took no more than a couple of minutes and the courtesy bus then whisked me back to the airport. Superb service throughout. I doubt you can get a better car rental...anywhere!

Very good value with efficient and professional service

My experience was fantastic & thats no understatement. Booking was simple with no hidden extras . My regular updates ( right up to arriving at the airport) made it so simple to use the shuttle bus . On arriving at the office the staff were super helpful & polite with no pushy sales tactics to increase the cost . Everything about the contract was explained very clearly and concisely both verbally and via email . I travel quite regularly & gave up on all the hire companies within the airport for being dishonest , money motivated or both . I’m so happy to have discovered Helle Hollis & I will use them every time from now forward . I chose them because of the many positive reviews online . All those positive reviews are justified . I am a very happy customer .
