Have used Helle Hollis for 40 years, and have never found it necessary to look elsewhere. The price for the car is always competitive, the courtesy bus is prompt and all the staff are excellent. Helle Hollis use a “text on arrival” process and give clear directions to their bus stop. On arrival at the collection point, the premises are very clean ,tidy and organised with toilet facilities on site. The Malaga office , near to the airport is easy to locate after your holiday, leading to a stress free return. Helle Hollis fair fuel policy is a great idea, enabling return of the car with an empty tank, or a refund is offered for each 1/4 tank remaining.

Always very good service a d the contract includes items free of charge that other companies charge a premium for. The people are warm and friendly and never oversell. We always come to HH.

We only needed a car for a few days and booked easily over the phone. The process was straightforward and stress-free. We then took the train to Fuengirola to collect the car. There was a short wait as a few people were being served, but the man who helped us was professional, quick, and spoke perfect English (which was great as our Spanish isn’t the best!). When it came to dropping the car back, (very early start) it was a man working alone but remained super efficient and friendly. He was apologetic that we had to wait briefly while he dropped other customers at the airport, but again, everything was smooth and effortless. My fuel refund was processed very quickly and back in my account without any issues. Overall, an excellent service – easy, professional, and hassle-free.

We have used Helle Hollis for the past 15 years and they have never failed to impress, we have always paid the super excess waiver and this is the first year we have had to use it (I caught a gate post) their attitude from start to finish is “enjoy your holiday and don’t worry” they are a fantastic group of people Thankyou
