We have previously booked car hire to collect at the airport. After our experience with Helle Hollis, I would use this company every time. Every aspect was extremely good. From booking to returning the car. So much nicer and better and quicker than our previous experiences. Thank you so much. I’m so glad we discovered you this year. All was good and easy.

The process from booking to collection, through to return was simple and quick. There are no hidden fees with a clear contract. I highly recommend Helle Hollis and they will definitely be my first choice for car hire when flying into Malaga.

Easy website to use. Prices competitive. Home Owners Club very useful for fast lane, upgrades and discounts. Cars always clean and tidy. No charge for fuel if returned full. Have used since 2011 and always our go-to hire car company.

never thought I would give a car hire company a 5 star review but Helle Hollis is how every company should be. Lots of communication prior to our arrival making sure we knew where to go to find the courtesy bus. Person at the location to meet us and show us where to wait. Only a wait of a few minutes to get our car (we had completed the online form before arrival with all our details) No pressure to take their insurance. We were offered it but there was no pushback when we said we had our own. Decent Skoda car with enough oomph to get us up hills. And we could link our phones, useful for Google Maps They send you an email which gives you access to a portal to upload any images of damage on the car at time of collection which we used. No issues on returning the car (make sure you check their website for the address to return to as it is a little bit beyond most other companies). The staff member asked to see the photos of the damage I had taken on my phone. About a minute later I had an email confirming the return of our deposit (€600 ) and a refund for the unused fuel. You do not need to fill up the car before you take it back. Just brilliant!

In the 20 years of renting cars in Spain this has been by the far the best experience… first time with Helle Hollis (selected as they ranked the best for customer service) and would highly recommend them to anyone, superb air conditioned bus for transferring, lovely new car for us to hire and the easiest drop off experience. Everyone was lovely, friendly and efficient. We’ll definitely use you guys again!

This is the six time I have used Helle Hollis and I wouldn’t even think of going elsewhere. The first time we used them it was a seemless process and nothing since has changed that opinion. Good clean cars and excellent process. Having used rental cars in other countries it’s easy to see why Helle Hollis are so good. Will use them again next year without a doubt.
