Deathe (07/09/2025) 4.625 I’ve rented many times from different companies servicing Malaga airport & Helle Hollis are by far the best. The staff are friendly and I have never experienced any pressure to buy additional services I don’t need. In addition I’ve always been allocated the lead car for the group I have chosen, never the ‘or similar’ option. They are not necessarily the very cheapest but in my opinion it’s worth paying just a little bit extra for the excellent service they provide.
Burton (07/09/2025) 5 I have been using Helle Hollis for our car hire every time we book a villa holiday in the Nerja / Frigiliana / Torrox area, which we visit at least once a year. We first used Helle Hollis many years ago on our second visit, when car hire was provide by HH through the villa booking company. We were so impressed with the overall excellent service, that we now never consider anyone else for our rentals, always cancelling the service if it is included in the villa package, and booking car rental ourselves with Helle Hollis. Very aspect of our last rental was just as always; quick, efficient and super friendly staff. The pick up from the airport, car collection and convenience of the location, makes renting a vehicle super easy, especially being able to access the local M20 so easily from the depot at the start of our journey to our holidays. Returns are easy, again almost directly from the main road, with absolutely minimal paperwork and super quick. Also, I really like the fair fuel policy as we seldom use the car much apart from between the airport and our villa, plus a couple of local journeys during the week, so we never need bother about refuelling prior to return, as we’re confident of the refund process for remaining fuel. To sum up, Helle Hollis is the best car hire service I have ever used, not just at Malaga, but compared to anywhere else in the world I have used!

Henriksen (06/09/2025) 4.75 in advance we did ask for a specific model, due to a lot of up-/downhill driving, and that was just the car we got...excellent. And a great plus was the automatic transmission.

I cannot praise this company enough - they are so efficient and professional and really lovely to deal with. They are the only car hire company I will use in Spain ❤️
Campbell (05/09/2025) 5 We have used Helle Hollis before and again had great service. That''s why we chose them for the second time. Collecting the car and drop off is always super easy. This time we had a puncture and Helle Hollis dealt with this in super quick time and we were amazed how quickly it was fixed and we could get back on the road, thank you to all the staff who helped us.
Scott (05/09/2025) 5 I’m short of ideas 🤷♂️ You have a great set up already. I text you when I’m ready. The courtesy bus is always quick to arrive. With the Fast-Track Lane I’m always seen to promptly and I’m on my way in no time. Excellent service.
