I have used other car hire companies in different countries and expected the same high level of service. I was sorely disappointed. They are always friendly, always quick and helpful. Cars are always spot on. My daughter had a puncture this year and it was sorted very quickly, with no fuss or drama. I will never use anyone else when visiting Malaga.

Straight forward booking process on-line, and then everything ran really smoothly the moment we arrived at Malaga airport. The courtesy bus was waiting for us exactly as promised (polite driver, very clean bus), an easy 5 minute drive to the main office, and the staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The car was spotlessly clean and waiting for us, and we were on the road in less than 10 minutes. Drop off and return was just as smooth. We come to Malaga quite a bit, and we''ll use Helle Hollis every time now. Excellent service, and highly recommended.
