\nOur preparation team check the cars before each rental t<\/strong>o ensure they are meet all safety standards with new, clean, revised models, but driving the car is your responsibility<\/strong> .<\/p>\n

We urge you to park the car in the authorized places and NOT<\/strong> to drive faster than permitted by the traffic regulations.\u00a0 Spain now have many CCTV cameras and “unmarked” police cars which will be taking photos of you!\u00a0 Although you are driving in a foreign country the fines must be paid by yourself and will be forwarded to your home country.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately we now receive quite a few fines each week, with the extra administrative work this makes.<\/p>\n

We are obliged by law to advise the traffic police department WHO<\/strong> the driver of the rental car was so they can issue the fine.<\/p>\n

This has additional costs for us \u2013 so from the 15th of October we will charge an admin fee of 47 Euro<\/strong> (which does not include the payment of the fine).<\/p>\n

Help us completely avoid having this extra administrative work by avoiding traffic fines and staying within the limits – have a safe journey.<\/strong><\/p>\n
