Gourmet treats such as Gurullos (stew with pasta), Trigo (stew with pork, beans and herbs), Gachas (hot and spicy clam stew) and Escabeche de Sardines (fresh sardines in a spicy sauce) are just some of the local dishes to sample.<\/p>\n<p>With its city, village, natural parks and beautiful beaches there is plenty to see and do in this region.
