Courtesy bus service:
Included in your rental price is the transfer by courtesy bus to our Head Office which is situated just 800m from the airport terminal.
Flights may arrive into Terminals 1, 2 and 3 but ALL passengers walk out of the doors of the new Terminal 3 building.
Directions:
- By leaving the main doors you then go to the right for about 50metres.
- In front of the taxis the roadway is covered, follow the pavement to the right for about 30metres.
- Keep on the pavement for further approx 100metres (there is currently some building work there). You will then be where the courtesy bus stops.
Even though the terminal at Malaga is brand new - the courtesy bus stop stays the same as before - in front of T2. This is however subject to change with short notice - please check our website before starting your vacation!

Unfortunately we are not allowed to put a sign up for the courtesy bus stop, but we hope that the airport authorities will do this when all the work is completed.
Our buses are running continuously to offer you a quick and efficient service, and by providing your correct flight arrival time and flight number you will help us to help you. You can also send an sms to + 34 607 47 64 41 with your last name when you have picked up your luggage and we will return with an sms to let you know that we are on our way. Please note that the mobile phone number can only be used for sms and not for making phone calls.

If your flight is delayed and you will arrive after midnight, please contact us on phone number (+34) 95 224 55 44 so pick up can be arranged. There applies a night service fee of 20€ for pick up of the rental car between 00:00-02:00 and a 30€ night service fee for pick up of the rental car between 02:00-07:00.
Airport Express Service:
Your car will be delivered to the airport terminal for a fee of only 20€. We will meet you in the arrivals hall when you have picked up your luggage.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Due to construction work at Malaga Airport the access road to the airport occasionally causes traffic jam. To avoid stress and the risk of loosing your flight we therefore recommend that you are at the Helle Hollis Head Office for returning your car at least 1½ hour before your estimated meeting time at the airport.
Please also notice that you should calculate extra transport time for going from your holiday destination to the Airport since unexpected traffic jam can occur.

Rental terms and conditions.
The all inclusive rate includes:
- Unlimited mileage
- CDW (collision damage waiver) - subject to excess unless excess waiver taken
- TP (third party) liability
- Theft (subject to excess unless excess waiver taken)
- PAI - Personal accident insurance.- Free medical attention in case of an accident
- 24 hour on the road assistance
- No cancellation fee
- 18% VAT
The CDW and Theft are subject to an insurance excess as outlined in our general insurance terms. The insurance excess deposit will be charged upon your credit card at the time of rental and returned to your credit card upon safe return of the vechicle. As an alternative to the insurance excess we can offer you an excess waiver as follows:
- Grp. B, C, D: 6€/day
- Grp.E, Q, S: 7€/day
- Grp.M, Z, J, R: 8€/day
- Grp.K,L: 9€/day
- Grp.H: 11€/day
And the super excess waiver will be 2 €/day in addition to the excess waiver.
For 1 and 2 day rentals a 3 day Excess Waiver must be paid. Not available for group H.
The excess waiver also includes a cancellation insurance so that should you need to return the car early we will issue you with a credit voucher for the remaining rental, provided that there are at least 3 days' rental remaining.
The renter will be held responsible for any damages occasioned to the vehicle thorugh unauthorized use.
FAIR FUEL POLICY
Helle Hollis delivers the vehicle with a full tank of fuel which you must pay for upon arrival. When you return the vehicle we will refund you for every unused quarter of a tank.
We cannot guarantee a specific model.
YOUNG DRIVER'S INSURANCE
Many car hire companies do not allow young persons to rent a car but with the Helle Hollis Young Drivers' Insurance we now make it possible.
Our Young Driver´s Insurance is available for the rental of cars in group B. For higher car groups than group B the young driver must be on the contract as an additional driver provided that the main driver fulfills the normal age requirements. For drivers of 19 & 20 years of age the Young Driver´s Insurance is available for group B, C and D and for drivers of 21 & 22 years of age for groups E, Q , S, J and K. The charge is in addition to the Insurance excess. Not combinable with the Excess Waiver.
SENIOR DRIVER'S INSURANCE
We don´t have an upper age limit at Helle Hollis, however drivers of 75 years of age or over must purchase our Senior Driver´s Insurance.
